This is one of the only businesses I've dealt with in this area that calls you back. Its a family business and they are awesome. The years of service the owner has is very evident when diagnosing problems. They are helping me now with a water leak from my water heater. They genuinely care and along with your adjustor, will help walk you thru any disaster going on with your home. This is definitely a dreaded experience but I've met some very helpful people along the way.

Super satisfied with Crystal and the Floor Store in Little Washington North Carolina. We had a water heater burst, destroying several rooms in the house nine days before a wedding was to be taking place at our house. They were able to not only get the flooring ordered and in, they had it installed Within one day before the wedding was taking place at our house. They did a fantastic job would definitely recommend that to everyone. Way better than the carpet shop at Williamston we used before and they had poor service terrible communication and no follow-through whatsoever. Floor Store is where it’s at!
